Recent Yoshi post causing lag to get rid of lag

For number 2: [dev1278] The delay for executing commands unrelated to chat (such as /action and /equip) has been reduced from 2 seconds to 1. I think this implies that gear macros should swap everything in and out faster.

Two seconds would be an improvement for me. One second for gear swaping would be an acceptable standard.

The NPC/player poping lag is what really stresses me. It is like running around in an empty world.
