    Yep. That matches the contest so I'm not sure where the idea that the tank contest gear had something to do with proto ultima came from.

    The winners are nice and all (genuinely do like the Ranged winner, hope it dyes well) but I can't wait to see how healers/casters yet again get more dresses out of these. I have no doubts that SE will go out of their way to turn that super sleek and futuristic melee winner into a long fluttery skirt.
