"Thank you to everyone who participated! We received many submissions in a variety of styles and designs, so we had a hard time deciding. We selected this entry as our grand prize winner for the true DPS feel, the simple yet cool design, and because it was something we really haven't seen before. From a development standpoint, creating a bodysuit type of design on a 3D model is difficult, but we would like to try our best to reproduce this cool design with a combination of the bodysuit and armor parts. Please look forward to the implementation!"

"We received many impressive ranged DPS entries, but ultimately chose this one as our winner for its excellent steampunk design! The cloth and metal textures can be affected by 3D lighting, and the cape and scarf have great potential for movement. We really like the detailing on the machine parts as well as the draping. We'll try to incorporate as much as possible from the original design, so please look forward to it!"

I give them the benefit of the doubt that they might have issues with most of the designed outfits to be realizable in the game. Half of them will have massive problems with clipping, especially those with long robes and capes.
Some probably have been simply mentioned because, apart not being thematically fitting for their game, they were actually creative designs, like the thief/delinquent/astronaut/trooper ones.

I honestly prefer the winner, because most of the runner ups look like the usual stuff that we have anyway.
