Couldn't you just limit it to people who have owned the plot a certain amount of months?

So the flippers could just sit on the house for X numbers of months before selling them for ten to twenty times what they are worth? Hard pass.

Balmung needs housing for the roleplay community that actually uses them on a daily basis.

Implying that Balmung is the only server that has an RP community...
