    Is it possible that todays launch was a mistake and therefore the npc can't spawn because he is not supposed to do so?

    A mistake they advertised days ago? A bit weird. They even had a system anouncement ready about it.

    The 5th anniversary site used to say that the event was supposed to start tomorrow but it seems it got pushed forward a day.

    I wonder if due to spaghetti code that's actually what happened.
