    I'm pretty sure if this option were feasible to do, then they probably would have been working on it. Doesn't take much of a genius to know that storing personal housing as instanced housing on their current system would probably lead to a lot of difficulties with the instance servers (assuming that's how they roll). In this case you'd have each separate personal house acting as a separate instance, and we've all seen the results of instance overflow with Raubahn now aggregate this issue to have more instances up, with just as many variables, always online. It would take dramatic resources to set up, and even more resources to maintain such a system. So easy fix, or feasible fix? Most servers have a plethora of housing available to players, so their fix evidently worked. To even make instanced housing viable, it'd probably require significant dumbing down of choices with housing objects, and potentially fixed placement of objects, removing pretty much all levels of creativity. But derails.
