I wanted to be upset about this but its FFXIV, there is no such thing as having unique items or trophy pieces. Everything can either be bought or will be handed to you if you wait long enough. I wonder if they will be adding legacy status to any accounts created during the 2.X once 5.0 launches. crap... I shouldnt give them any ideas...
