It's good to see the names of retainers in the sales history too, so you can see if someone is trying to scam the markets by buying things from themselves over and over again.
It would be suspicious to me if all 20 entries in the history were from the same person. However because I can't see the name, who knows if they were legitimate purchases or not.
Imo, putting in a sales history without proper safeguards against rmt/scammers is a big mistake. They should leave out the sales history for now until they are more prepared with a more complete system.
Now I understand that the history gets erased during server maintenance which helps in some ways. However it also just gives people another opportunity to throw things way out of whack every maintenance. After every maintenance the prices will be like as if the items just came out for the first time. People will take advantage of this clean slate and try to manipulate prices every time.

You wouldn't see who bought them... how would you know who owns the retainer? It's good to see the names of retainers in the sales history too, so you can see if someone is trying to scam the markets by buying things from themselves over and over again.

So you want to see.. the historical purchases [Price X Quantity - Date + Time - Purchaser - Seller(retainer) - Owner of Retainer]

All those undercutters will be happy
You can see the retainer name of who is selling something now... if you see on the current sales list
42,308 for the item and Joe Tainer and all you see in the history is the example above, but someone else is selling the item for 12K... which one you buying?

Agree with this, this is why I think an average system similar to Vindictus would be so much better. It's good to see the names of retainers in the sales history too, so you can see if someone is trying to scam the markets by buying things from themselves over and over again.

SE should keep the history prices hidden and display an average price over the last 20 sold items instead.
GFY GOOD FY GOOD FOR Y GOOD FOR YOU! So good you told me twice!
Personal attack? Calling a derp a massive attack. Derpaholics anonymous is calling you.
Then the forums would be full of complaints! That would wonderful. Doom and Gloom threads are the best. You had to google it to figure it out. That's funny. I can't believe you got the Horton hears a Who reference. Congratulations!
I do believe that the masses have spoken and your "Who cares" question has been answered.
Why you are trying to argue against having retainer owners being displayed is beyond me. I think that it would impart a degree of responsibility so that people cannot hide behind their anonymity in the market wards. Feel free to disagree.
Could you imagine the forums without people like you complaining about complaints.
I don't understand you're "hiding behind retainer" thing... who's hiding? Do you think the person undercutting you cares if you know their name? /tell undercutter sammy "Stop undercutting me man, its hurting my feelings" /r "gfy"
And PS I already knew what it meant derp, the more common is GFY is good for you - proven by it showing up first on a search from multiple sources.
Sometimes I can't help but think of the nerd sitting on the other side of the screen, then I stand up - kiss my super model girl friend, flex my 8-pack abs, go to my garage do a burn out in my lambo with the butterfly doors and drive off to my yacht where I play FFXIV while bathing in sunshine. Stop being such a hater.
Yeah, that make sense from a person who runs around calling other people derps or nerds. (Really, nerd? Damn you must be really old.)
You had to look it up. You just don't want to admit it. Otherwise you wouldn't have asked why I said it twice. Obviously I meant "go find yourself" (or maybe it was "god free youth"), but if I was going to insult you, I should have said GFYWAIR or KMAYBB or maybe YSBTOPCFA.
In closing I'll just say: "SLMFYOYO".

Calling someone a nerd makes you old... lol that's new, maybe all the 14 year olds are saying that now. Back in my day dot dot dot . . . l oh l.Yeah, that make sense from a person who runs around calling other people derps or nerds. (Really, nerd? Damn you must be really old.)

I don't like yoyo's thanks though. Maybe I'm a helpless romantic but repetition is the key in many forms of writing, like poetry. So I'll end this reply by saying, good for you... yes, good for you and good for all of the people like you, good for the young and good for the old, but mainly you're a derp.
