At least the selling/buying houses is against the ToS and Yoshida had already made two statements about this. And they also put that one rule in it (even if it was seemingly just temporary) that allowed only one FC and private per world. Which kinda hints that they dont want people to own multiple houses. But maybe the GMs read this thread and will give information to the JP branch. Because using a loophole does not make it right.

I would not bother anymore, they made it clear if SE does not baby the playerbase, it is ok to exploit rules and find loopholes despite there being a 2.1 rule in the ToS agreement. This was not the only hypocritical mindset floating around, mind you:
