He also said that they wouldn't stoop to tactics such as requiring an active sub in order to retain a house, but alas, we all know how that went. Things change, and overhauls are possible. Perhaps unlikely, but not everything is set in stone.

i will say the change wasn't some scummy stance to get more money players begged SE to take housing from players who quit so the demolish timer was made.
it put it in the same category as the orginal 2.1 warrior change where their stance was *you are playing the job wrong* but since everyone shunned warriors from all content was forced to change it.
if enough people want something SE will change their stance on things (not 100% aka parsers has a large group supporting it but they havent budged)
