We need another Housing purge

Of course you wouldn't understand, you haven't since you started posting in here. There's never been any actual limitations on how many FCs you could own on an account, which is directly linked to how many FC houses you can own. As I explained before, you can't prevent people from inheriting houses through the FC system, regardless of how "legal" you think those methods are.

This ^^^!!! The inheriting of FC's with a house was not effected by the TEMPOARY RULE change. Simply put with the rule in place you could have 2 characters on the same world in 2 different FC's with houses and have both characters be promoted to leader. Which in turn means they inherit the both FC house's. I dont support people owning more then 1 fc house and dont agree with it, but its best to understand the system before screaming exploit. Yes its not right yes they should not have done it, but there was no programming loophole or glitching of the system. SE simpy failed to make sure that FC promotion function accomadated their Temp rule change to housing. This issue was pointed out during the time the temp rule change was in place SE sat back and did nothing..

It is widely known that if you want a house as a first time house buyer, the best way is to find any small house that you can buy that the random timer has wore off of, henceforth enabling you to relocate whenever, bypassing the rng timer. This has been discussed ad nauseum on these forums, Reddit, housing Facebook groups etc. Cheap way to get any open house, and is currently known as best practice.

Exactly. Well within the rules. Don't hate the player, hate the game. The game allows 8 players on each account, so you could actually have 8 FC's, one for each character. Square says it's within the rules. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Or instanced housing. One or the other with how a single guild can own 10 houses under their name.

You guys realize that Yoshi P has said multiple times that instanced cannot and will not ever happen due to the way the game is set up. By the way Yoshi is the games producer, so I'd trust it. It's not going to happen.

He also said that they wouldn't stoop to tactics such as requiring an active sub in order to retain a house, but alas, we all know how that went. Things change, and overhauls are possible. Perhaps unlikely, but not everything is set in stone.

How many times do I have to say it? There are no ongoing restrictions as to how many FC houses you can buy on the same account right now. You can load up 8 FC houses on a single service account without help from anyone, as long as
you have the money, the minimum FC rank, 4 players in the FC at the time of purchase, a character at lvl 50 with the required GC rank.

We can keep going back and forth all you like, and I can say the same thing. How many times do I have to say it? You only had ONE reason to explain that you needed to transfer account 3 owning the fc, to account 2, and that is because you did that while the restriction was in place. I am also sure you did the house converting from personal to FC during that 2 week window as well. As I explained before, doing what you did on a high pop server, in recent times, again this is implied by your posts, when you explained you had 9 when the new wards opened, was done during that 2 week period because you had some protection of losing the plot to someone else. Even on my sever housing interest died after first few hours because it was FC only, doing that during those 2 weeks is the only way to make sense with what you did. The only way to pull that off after the 2 weeks would be repeated plot moving to block new players when it opened to personals, and again that is also a violation of disruption.

There is no "conspiracy theory" if you willingly explained everything???????????

But there was one. The one restriction that was going on for a bit when you could only own one FC house per account. So if you were in a FC that owned a house you could not get another one on any character on the account/world. Since you posted that you need to transfer the rights from another account this sounds like you did that while the restriction was in place otherwise if there was none you would not have needed the transfer between accounts.

You also wrote how you would buy houses which again is against the ToS.

You do know you can create an FC by starting it, recruiting one person, then having that one person recruit two of your own alts right?

Or if you have more than one service account, you can recruit your own character from service account 2, then have service account two character recruit two more characters from service account one?

That has never been an exploit or against any rules.
