I lke Class Locked gear.

If gear wasn't locked everyone would use Tank gear with Melds, for serving hard content.
Or Tanks would be expected to use DPS gear for older content to push up there numbers.

Class is the only way to go.

You realize they are talking Glamour's, and even if they were not, I doubt any healer would wear a tank set since the tank set wouldn't help them heal.
