It is fairly obvious that it's for RMT. It's a crossworld PF and you can't trade in any capacity in it. They advertise their discord because they want to talk off-site about the sale. The advertisement itself infringes on the rules.
Maybe they have a character on the server in question that has the amount of Gil needed. Talking off-site is not against the ToS, the advertisement itself does not infringe on the rules unless they added something regarding using a third party site to discus the details. These are the things GM's have to look for, I bet a lot of GM's would like to take action against these types of PF adverts, but they can only operate within the policy they are given. Now as players we know what is going on, but as a company SE does not have the same privilege they have to go based off what they can see within the game itself. I mean if they took outside information that means everyone that uses AcT would be pretty much be SoL.

Then why not advertise the price? Why do you have to ask for price on discord, purposefully out of the game's chat where it's logged? It's beyond obvious.Maybe they have a character on the server in question that has the amount of Gil needed. It is obvious, but not explicit. GM's need explicit information to take action. Pretty sure everyone knows they are abusing SE policy about not accepting outside information, but the thing is that policy protects their entire raid scene. If they used outside info, they would either have to allow third party tools or ban players that stream, post screens with ACT up.

More or less everyone knows this. Alas, until SE changes their policy or, at the very least, puts a halt to all the PF adverts, nothing will be done about it. They just don't care.
Is it fairy obvious though? I'm sorta new and when I saw those ads I figured they had characters on multiple servers. I know some people that have multi chars because they just like raiding and hate the lock outs.
Yes. You can't trade gil or items with a person unless they are in your world. The fact that they sell runs but refuse to talk about it at all in party finder (hence the ilvl set to a level where no one can join) and link to an off-site medium of communication is proof.
Maybe they link their discord and keep the PF locked so multiple buyers don't join simultaneously. Maybe the sellers have discord on their phone and are away from their computers during their ad runs. Disprove this using in-game chat logs.

Wouldn't more buyers be more money?
Also they seem to oddly relist very quickly after an hour. That's some afk reaction time.

You don't need to respond those type of comments. It was already proven that some groups do it. The only questions that should be asked are how many customers do they get and why does SE continue to allow open RMT?
Why stop there? If a seller said in chat logs they were selling for money, they probably meant for gil. If they said 'real money' or included a paypal address, they were only joking. The GMs wouldn't know if a payment was sent to any paypal account.
