I'm not proposing new jobs start at the new level cap. I'm saying sam/rdm should have started at 60 and that those ten levels to get to 70 is more than enough to determine if someone is good or bad at it.

I assert, again, that the ten levels from 60 to 70 is more than enough to understand sam/rdm.

One thing I want to make clear however, is that I only assert that point because of how well designed sam/rdm are to just pick up and get the hang of compared to Drk/Mch/Ast when they first came out. If whatever jobs we get in the future are as easy to pick and play as Sam/Rdm are while still being rewarding to the people that really get deep in to it and master all the little nuances, there's no reason why the new jobs we get can't start at 70 if the new cap is 80, 80 if the new cap is 90, etc.
