You're supposed to setup as many tricks as possible using TCJ suiton.
You don't want to delay trick attack though.

This doesn't seem right.

Using Ten>Chi>Jin means that you're using a total potency of 780 prior to executing a Trick Attack, using Jin>Ten>Chi is a total potency of 850. Add onto that by not using Ten>Chi>Jin to set up trick attack you get to add another 600 potency attack to your Trick Attack window.
