And I'm sure when I get there, I'll be the same. But as of right now while I'm leveling all my crafters, trying to level my 3 desynths, and trying to scrape together enough gil to upgrade my medium to a large, it's the most frustrating thing imagineable because I need so many different mats and items. As for friends gathering... I tend to be the person who gathers mats for others because I'm one of the few maxed gatherers in my FC. Though honestly. I'm less concerned about the extra space than I am a basic feature like being able to organize your retainers.

I just find it ridiculous that a sub-based game is locking QoL things behind pay walls- and the app pay wall is much too high. If it was a one time $5 purchase or even maybe $1 a month, I would consider it. But paying 1/3rd of the subscription price a month just for some more space and the ability to move stuff around outside of the game is incredibly steep for what it gives. It just smacks of corporate greed and people just let it slide like it's no big deal. It's how things like Battlefront 2 happen.
