We need better comunication with the Community team

You even did this, here, right now. I put the ToS down, or describe a skill exactly like it is on the website from an official source, and the resulting conversation are the same people wanting to say "I" am wrong, when the info is right on the website, or Yoshi-P already said it.

There are far too many people on the forum, who have nothing to contribute, so they instead are putting down other people for not being perfect. Why would the community management staff of the game ever want to engage with these people, they will get railed on for "lying" if they say anything that isn't 100% true from now until the the next major content patch, and even then, won't let it go.

I thought i'd wait for a few to post first, because of post quota, and I had a hard time coming up with a reply, while still being on topic because again, you did exactly what I am taking about.
First of all, quoting something does not mean you are wrong or right, the person may be saying you got the context in how it applies to a specific situation wrong (with how you act then and now, seems pretty likely)
Just because people act that way to you, does not mean people will "troll" SE, it is no excuse for them to not communicate with us. (also going with Alleo, just because some are bad does not mean all are)

Take a look how people replied to the inventory display issue, that shows your wrong about trying to relate that anyway. (Seems like you are trying to suggest people will be rude to SE more if they communicated more based how you are treated)

All I want to see from the community team is some acknowledgement of what issues people are upset over and if they will address them, and which issues they have no intention of dealing with at this time, or ever. For example, some point back "The mi'qote butts aren't going to be changed again", that's fine. But people still bring it up as a reason why SE is somehow "lazy" about some gear or race design choice. So don't ever expect the community team to ever talk about upcoming content, because people will set fire to the forums.

Also, this isn't helped in the slightest by SE's tendency to pull a mea culpa whenever an issue begins attracting bad press beyond the forums. Housing is a good example, as is 1.x. This gives the distinct impression that players should go out of their way to raise hell whenever something goes wrong, because if they can make enough of a stink for some outside site like Kotaku to publish about it, they'll get SE to listen. That's a very, very bad incentive to give to your own player base.

So SE only did more on housing because outside media started to raise a stink on it?
