They want to be able to log on and play until they are tired IRL and not have the game "pretend" they are too tired to play...because they are not too tired to play...

The only difference lies in the fact that you have a way around it if you have money.
Now show me a beginner player who has 50k per hour to give just so he can even PLAY.
And now show me who won't leave this game after the first 4 hours of playing..
Why do you blame the community?
If your the only one that can understand it, and its confussing to everyone else, your answer is that everyone in the community but you has an issue. Not certain that logic will help you get your meaning out.
yes, it sound like the fatigue system, with the exception it work on stats instead exp and the malus you need to PAY to inflict damage.
Seriusly, this can be an interesting mechanism for a boss fight, but not for an entire game
price can change and adjust, I am not the one who decide on price and duration of stamina it is the DEV job, I am only suggest the rough idea.
And remember, Party can share a CS it is not 8 men party = 8 CS place in the same spot, it is 1 CS share between 8 ppl in the same party
