Nah. Things like party members disappearing or being unable to target the boss mob have been around since 2.0 at the very least. They cherry pick what to reply to/about.It takes time to review feedback and actually decide if what players are reporting is true, or simply stuff blowing out or proportion. They also have to decide what portion of the community they will not please (because they can't please everyone, which is common sense), meaning that they need to review actual data of people actually enjoying the content.
Before saying that you aknowledge problems, you have to decide wether or not these problems exist in the first place, and if so, if you are capable of solving them.
Again, expecting them to be able to do all in three days is completly unrealistic.
