BC i love trolling <3.akor plis, why you trolling m8 lul
I mean you're technically right. But think about
- Garo Event release without the freelance option,
- All the newbie will be joining asap, and possibly switch to the *STRONGER* GC to earn a WIN to their checklist
- In the end, the queue will be slow because of congestion on the *stronger* GC being populated while the other GC stay unpopulated with the assumption
Anyway, we still got more new ppl bc of garo event + with GC freelancer the queue times got faster. Well its ppls fault to join the pupolated GC.

Well, now you are speaking from the perspective of someone who only does Frontlines. You didn't consider The Feast at all and how the Garo event effected the mode, independent of Frontlines Freelancer. I only played Frontlines a few times during the Garo event. I spammed The Feast.
How did Frontlines Freelancer shorten my Feast queues down to 5-10 minute queues all day for a month? My Frontlines queues were actually a bit longer than my Feast queues during Garo, which is partly why I spammed Feast. Garo definitely brought players to PvP and The Feast alone debunks the Freelancer theory. Garo brought in more players across the board.
Nah think you covered pretty much just about everything in the shortest usage of space possible. I said it during the announce though, eSports for this game will never happen, it worked on WoW because the following is so big, you can queue up for an unranked game at 4 in the morning and still get in within minutes, sometimes instantly. Try queueing for anything on here after 10pm. Very little chance; I hear queues for both LP and solo are practically nonexistent right now on Aether. If you're not part of an LP at the moment (I am, personally) - no solo queue games for you; period. 16 people queueing LP is practically 80% of the solo q regs pool lol. Also the devs react the feedback quickly and communicate their reaction to it, it's not perfect, but as someone who plays ranked on both - whilst I don't really enjoy WoW anymore I didn't realise how lucky I was until I compared both sets of devs. eSports here would just be the same 4 or 6 teams playing over and over again for easy money, the true competitive nature is very, very faint."Overrated", but a dedicated, competitive community formed around it, even with all the neglect from SE, and shunning from players.
What has 4.0 PvP accomplished? A safe space for botting? XP for finding a way to perform even more poorly than most are already too lazy to do/do right in PvE? Proof that "simplifying" something that people don't try to learn anyways doesn't make it easier at all? Successfully gutting a community in favor of an e-sports pipe dream they seem too clueless to pull off when they can't/won't even address bigger and longer standing problems first?
Please, help me out here.

If that's truly the case, why are there posts here still complaining about the Feast being dead? I mean, the Garo event is still going, and there's just SO many new players now thanks to 4.0, our lord and savior. . .How did Frontlines Freelancer shorten my Feast queues down to 5-10 minute queues all day for a month? I mean, we can shoot for nitpicking, and you would be right in saying the event got more people to queue for the Feast (because one particular reward overall required the Feast only). With that however, I'd love to point out the crap logic sponsored by SE that the chat ban was the reason more people participated. Now I don't believe that anymore than anyone else with a working sense of logic, but it's worth noting. Still, I remember being asked quite frequently if custom matches counted, or if 8v8 counted, among other questions, yet rarely saw those asking in the Feast, and I too played pretty heavily then.
Do you like the Feast? If so, that's good. I once did too. Part of me still does, but now it feels like seeing an ex you remember having some good times with, but then they changed, or perhaps have/had a particularly awful habit that was just a dealbreaker for you. Let's however shoot for the realistic talking point that Garo did as much for PvP as Rival Wings did. Gave people a little something to grind for, then drop like a bad habit yet again once they got it.
I mean the chat ban is so bad if I lose a few in a row I just stop queueing, because if I don't I'll start making alts to flame people on their servers and that hasn't been my kind of behaviour for a very long time. It's the sheer frustration of trying to convey a message only through macros. Had someone ignore a 2 stack MNK yesterday in favor of tunnelling a healer during cull 6 on sudden death. I was spamming "attacking monk" but I couldn't explain to him why my target was better than his target.
Yeah, the chat ban is one thing, the incredibly intrusive and annoying sounds of Quick Chat make it a complete deal breaker for me. As I said previously, I have eyes, I can see what's going on, but sudden loud noises to tell me what I probably already know are just irritating.
I could maybe be willing to play again if given the option to turn it down, but without it, and with the other big wallbanger issues the Feast currently has, I'm neither motivated or excited to play it like I used to.

You went out of your way to say that. . .
I'm not sure if you intended to seem that pathetic, or if you're just bored. What, queues not popping in your new, improved Feast?
3.0 also had wider queue range like gold could que against bronze or diamond, but now it is more limited that increase lot queue times.
