WTFast for me doesn't fix the issue. I don't see the lag, rubberband effect but I get hit by AOEs while moving away with a decent time.
I have some ping test from NA Servers from early in the morning and around peak times (7 - 10PM EST):
MORNING:
EVENING:
Location: Puerto Rico
ISP: AT&T
It looks like the traffic going from NTT xe-0-1-0-1-1.r00.scrmca02.us.ce.gin.ntt.net (129.250.195.46) to FFXIV Servers is getting LOOOT of packet drops there. As many people have said before for me this will be my last post, I think only a blind person would not see whats going on here. NTT is the problem and if SE is not doing something regarding the situation and contacting them this will not change. Will not going to continue wasting time running test when everything Points to a very specific problem and thats NTT
