I'll keep it short and simple. I already have my action slots completely filled with relevant abilities which I have deemed important, I have no room for other abilities and I have no desire to waste my time leveling classes I do not intend to play for abilities I have no need for. Not everyone levels everything to near cap only to hop on the official forums and post poorly worded insults.
