Eureka: What we know and what we want to know

So is the dyeable artifact gear our relic gear? Because if thats the case we have just another set that is reused..thus would not feel that great for me to put in all the work to get something that can now just be dyeable..

It was always going to be if the gear was going to be job locked, if not they'll have to make another artifact gear set which is probably more effort than it's worth
