I agree with Sacred Soil, its already on a 30s CD. I guess they could keep it on Aetherflow if the made the Succor proc higher, but as of right now making it oGCD sounds better.

I wanna say yes to DT but I see where it could be OP. Maybe 90s, split the difference.

Whispering Dawn is one of the few "perfect" skills, why do you want to change it.

Dissipation either needs a complete overhaul or just to resummon Lily. Personally, I still say it should be Scholar's version of Enkindle; we need to see Lily in her full form more, XD.

Silent Dusk is meh, good in theory, bad in execution. Selene is a support pet, why not a Direct Hit buff of 2% for 30s or so, call it Fey Resolve, maybe.

Fey Wind is fine for me

I wouldn't mind a slight CD reduction for Fey Caress. Maybe to 40, but 30 would be ideal. Feels like when eve I use it I need it again 10s later, T.T
