I like the changes they made, this will have positive change.

The only thing I think they should have done is, for multiple plot owners prior to the update in rules, anyone owning multiple plots should have been given the option to relinquish their plots instantly for a 100% refund and, in the event they don't relinquish within 7 days, they forfeit the right to any Gil refund in the event the plot automatically relinquish over time.
