Plz do something about the multiplot owners

What do you tell the person who has paid extra for another character slot so his friend or family member can play and they've also got a house. They can't pick and choose whom will loose the extra house and before you know it no-one will have an extra house, but it isn't happening today. How would you feel if they just took months of playtime and millions of gil and say nope that never happened. The solution they implemented was the right thing to do, and the right thing doesn't always please everyone nor does it have to.

Edit: To clarify, "the right thing to do" refers to not punishing players who obtained multiple houses while in compliance with the license agreement.
