I'm glad we're getting real bathtubs at last, and that nice garden hedge furnishing from the contest awhile ago made it in too.

I have multiple alts on the same server. I'm in 3 different FCs, 2 of which have houses. Since they said it will be 1 personal house and 1 FC (where you're a member, not the leader) house per server per account, does that mean that one of the two FCs I'm a part of shouldn't be able to keep their house. And should my third FC not be allowed to buy a house, since I have a gizillion alts in different FCs? That's not fair either. People put lots of time and effort into getting their personal and FC houses, even if it was for an alt. Is someone more deserving because they joined the game later and now want a house or they over slept and weren't up to buy one when more wards were added or whatever.

It's a question of some trying to take away something from someone so they can have it. I'd be very surprised to see SE actually take away housing from anyone. The new rules aren't unexpected and will apply to everyone going forward. At least that is my take on it and I seriously hope that alts are finally allowed the ability to share housing with their main because the current restrictions continue to be ridiculous.I have multiple alts on the same server. I too have multiple alts and it's getting old given I pay an additional sub fee for them to have them treated like second class citizens.

You cannot purchase a FC house so long as you have one character on the server that is part of FC be it member or leader. Your third FC so long as you are not the leader should be able to buy a FC house. But its still not clear if people who own multiple FC homes or personal homes will be allowed to keep all of them.I have multiple alts on the same server. Because FC leadership can be transferred it's also not clear if the restriction is only on the purchase by that particular person. What if someone else was just given purchasing rights for the FC (you don't even need to be a leader to buy a house, it's a permission you can give to players in your FC). Or what about when the leader is removed for inactivity, will the ownership change skip over anyone who has a character that owns another FC or will it just transfer like it does now?
I have 6 alts on Brynhildir, 4 of which have small houses. I would be fine with having to get rid of 3 but only if Houses automatically become shared estates with server alts. Meaning, if I can only have 1 private estate per server per service account then all the characters I posses on that server under the same service account need to have full access to that 1 private estate. That is the only way this would then be fair for everyone.
Loading up the live letter now, apparently this one was juicy for housing! And all my photo editing software expired... thank you for being subscription based Adobe! *grumble*
so does anyone know what is going to happen for individual players? It say only FC people can buy and relocate. so what about other players? are they putting in more wards are completely singled out?
I was under the impression you can own an FC house and personal house per world. So a single character can be an FC leader and have a personal house, but your alts can't own anything else.
