Sairys, i believe you but that sounds stupid from SE.
So quickly creating a rank 6 fc wouldnt help if i leave my main in my fc. I hadnt thought of that yet.
Also it would mean leaving the fc one of my alts is in. It would also affect a few of my friends who have alts in other house owning fc's
I would understand if they impliment that for characters newly joining an fc but SE should leave existing ones alone

It's why I said unfortunate, cause it sucks that people who are part of multiple fcs that are active and not just to hold a house are being hit.

But if they don't then it'd just fall back to what we have now, people would create a bunch of house fcs, get the four people in, buy the house, and then reduce numbers back to 1. (Assuming cause there was no mention of a malus for dropping under 4 members.)

At absolute worst, with this rule someone could have two houses to themselves, but it'd also lock them out of any fc with a house... which more than ever will have.
