Power-leveling is absolutely BROKEN

so is nobody seriously concerned that people are charging for power leveling others, but yet using a power leveling service in game is against the tos? it's no different than botting your crafts, buying gil, botting gathering, paying an outside site to level your character, or buying someone elses account for actual real life cash.
