Regarding Reports on Recent Connection Problems with the NA Data Center

Few of us are having this lag/dc issue usually during raid. I think since patch 4.15 or so...? Never had any connection issue until then, but often we experience lag while we are in raid instance. We usually raid after 8:30pm pst. Generally we are ok with other parts of the game except I started to see dungeon lags this past couple days.

I did. You helped someone else instead. I'm still getting high latency every evening like clockwork. During the day no problems at all, 50-70ms. After 6pm CST, 170-230ms. I've seen it spike as high as 520ms. I've given you loads of data on this which includes where the likely problem is in your ISP's network. Is there something else you want?
