Speed logs and honestly why is it an issue? Why does it harm that some guy want high standars for his own PF? If I see someone underperform by far in my group, I have every right to kick him too. When I want to farm, I want people to understand they are clearly confident doing the content and doing good damage. Why would I open a PF and allow 3-4 wipes before a kill? Farm-/-Practice is 2 different things my friend.

If you feel like having 2-3 wipes and low dps and 100% enrage with few deaths, go for it, that's how you want to run farm groups so be it. If you are performing good, why would PF's like that bother you in the first place anyways.

They probably talk about speedlog PF's where they want certain percentile (most of them 85 or more) to join, to do even more in the speedlog kills. I've seen groups say high DPS but don't mention FFlogs, in fact those groups tends to be trap, consider the past few PF's I've been with ''high dps'' where the leader himself is under performing 30% below the rest.

Why not? Why are we obligated to take anyone in the group?`If I want a group with cat girls, so be it. Or what about those 24 man raids full lalafel parties? You gonna tell them to include you too because you aren't a lalafel?

You know, party leader can do whatever he/she wants in their own group. I remember someone asked a GM if they would bann people if they had seller content PFs up across the data center or it's againts the rules, the GM simply said it's part of the game and they cannot force them to something else, other wise they restrict us with the gameplay we are offered. Same goes in PF with their own rules.
