I think it has to do something with alts, if you have 3 lv50+ characters then you will have more chance to a house.

Totally different chars? If so, they would be looking to rake in the bux for insta-level chars and that is a shady pay2win which is bad biz. Not sure they would stoop that low but who knows.
My guess is obscene amounts of FC credits along with gil to buy the new plots, before they are available for sale to individuals. 10 million credits isn't unreasonable to buy a large FC house, plus the 40M gil.I'm wondering why it's so important for them to stop the player base from "preparing" for release? If this new system was fair to all, there would be no need to keep how to obtain a house so secretive. Clearly there is some prerequisite they don't want everyone to have a chance to obtain before more housing is released.
It would be for small FCs. Many people avoid large FCs because they are usually kiddy farms filled with people you would not take to a dogfight. I am anxious to see what SE has decided and how they came to whatever decision they made. For myself, I will continue to relax content with my medium house and my friend's small FC.
The sad part about this is if they do this it rewards them crappy ninja invite fc's that take any and all sprouts they can for there fc credits from msq..every server has them randome search for sprouts and invite..just make a new char sit for 10 mins im sure you will gt a invite with out any tell or question just "Give me your fc credits" lol

That seems rather unfair to be the solution to the current unfair system but you may be right. I wonder if it will be veteran reward oriented? If I'm not mistaken it's possible to get around actually logging time into the game by purchasing a ton of game cards so that may be what they are trying to prevent?
My guess is its Achievement point based..if you look we have points for achieve we beaten..If they had said that ppl would be out grinding stupid AchievementsThat seems rather unfair to be the solution to the current unfair system but you may be right. I wouldn't call it unfair to give priority to established FCs, both big and small. It takes nothing to build up FC credits, and any FC that's been around and active for a long time will have plenty. That seems rather unfair to be the solution to the current unfair system but you may be right. Finally! I might actually be able to put holiday fixtures up without worrying about having to spend real money next year just to be festive in-game.
LMAO thats a joke right?? i know a fc that within 2 weeks had 300 ppl from ninja inviteing and well over a million credits cause everyone they had pretty much was sprouts doing msq...fc credits don't mean squat.. you wanna reward "established" fcs go by created date. 3 months 10% off 6 months 20% off a year 30% off
