Small established FCs have no issue building up credits, if their members are active. There are 3 of us in my FC, and we have no issues with keeping two buffs up, sending out 4 airships, and still building credits.

We do all of that but we don't build millions.

Your FC earned over 400k credits last month, which was during a content lull.

Which isn't good enough by your standards.

My standards don't give early access buying large houses to small FCs that have been around for less than a year. You might get early access for a small house with my standards, though.

This is exactly what is wrong with it. This doesn't favor established FCs. This favors newbie grinder FCs that fall apart at a later point. It means don't bother trying to upgrade, even with an available plot, because you will never have it. It doesn't take years to have an established guild in a game only several years old. You need to give a reason why you prefer the boom and bust FCs get the green light by restricting others that have 40-50 million plus gil. They are plenty of dying out older FCs as well. They have little activity, but they may have had the credits from previous years. That sets a preference to a FC with little activity versus one with a lot more.

You must have missed the "early access" part; it was a suggestion to give this access to the soon to be added wards before giving it to personal housing. The number of FCs that actually fit the requirements would be small compared to the number of new houses being added, and most of them would already have FC housing. Those that move would leave a plot open for anyone, and after a few days the empty plots in the new wards would be open to personal housing and FCs without the FC credit cost.

I'm not sure where your hatred of these boom and bust/newbie grinder FCs comes from, but if they have hundreds of active members at any given time, and have been around for a couple years, then it sounds to me like an established and active FC that deserves a large house more than a raid group that's been together for 6 months and does nothing else in game.

Hatred? Many aren't strong for too long. They don't make long lasting FCs. Your idea sounds rather self-serving for certain FCs with no reason for it. Why favor any FC at all? You idea is the exact opposite of everyone getting their fair chance at a house.

Then they wouldn't be around or have the FC credits, problem never existed.

I never claimed everyone getting their fair chance at a house was a goal, I think personal houses in the FC wards was a horrible idea. I'm in favor of FCs getting houses first, and requiring company credits is my suggestion for reducing abuse of the system by solo FCs.
