Either SMN and RDM should lose their Raise or BLM should get a Raise.

Neela, legit you're drunk, go home. This thread is a raise discussion with regards to BLM, there's another thread for SMN QoL, I've been watching it as well.

@Cynfael: once again, I only want it because I don't want to be stuck playing SMN/RDM for progression again. Raise is an indispensable progression tool and to attempt raid prog without it is very illogical no matter which way you slice it. If the caster role is supposed to compete on this front, then BLM should have access to it, period. If they would rather remove it from SMN/RDM, then so be it, but the issue bringing to light is imbalance.


As a raider who fills the caster role, it is my duty to bring the most to my group that I can, and raise is just another consideration in that equation. Please tell me that this at least makes sense.
