Why no capped tome increase?

Thing is, though, people have to be interested in doing all those things to actually stay subbed.

Again, all these things listed require an interest in doing to retain subscriptions. If players aren’t interested in grinding out old relics, well, then what is there to keep them subscribed?

PoTD solo I did said world record was 185, I know it's pretty much impossible. I thought it was impossible to even get to 190.. maybe SE will change this later because last boss is just impossible or the last floors to actually reach it.
I'm actually farming the HW anima thing and I started this in August actually (I now at that part whit the 260 Ilvl version), I didn't really 'nolife' grinded it but if doing all these weapons for all jobs... well I'm pretty sure it can take a year if not more.

I'm don't really know what's interesting to you or to player B or anybody else. What can be interesting to you might not be so for me.
The examples I gave are a bit over it and tbh most of what I did said doesn't even apply to me at all.

Last weekend was actually the first day I felt some 'boredom' while in game and after my daily roulettes I just played another game (Destiny II actually and a bit of GW2 since that was ages ago I last played and just checking out the winter chizzle).

If people want to stop subscribing well ... be my guest ... I don't think of that (yet) since I really want to up everything to 70 and that complete every single quest thing is still a 'in progress'.
I can understand for people who have played this game for much longer then me and have accomplished much more.

But if it comes to the point where nothing interest me anymore I would just stop my sub until the new update, although I have to say I wouldn't like to loose my house.

While that is true, some people just aren’t interested in collecting the mount, or in the weapons, which on my server were dirt cheap last I checked. And even if you can repeat a floor 200 run, that’s not really content; it’s repeating something that you’ve already done. Nothing really new or exciting about it.

The current record is a RDM that made it to Floor 196. But RDM is the only job that can do that because Vercure. For most other jobs, soloing to Floor 200 is impossible, even with the sustaining potions. Most won’t have the power (be it health or DPS or self-sustain) to get past Behemoth.


There just isn’t enough content in this current patch to keep people interested. The developers screwed up royally by delaying the Relics because they’re so hellbent on keeping them tied entirely to Eureka, which has been delayed twice already. There is just nothing for the more casual playerbase to do with regards to relevant content.

Even as a raider I am extremely bored. Yeah, I could farm ShinEx or Savage, but the PFs are so abysmal I don’t even want to bother outside of running them with my static. I could maybe do another run of PotD, but it’s not really a priority since I already have my Floor 200 clear. I can grind out old relics, but I get bored of them really quick, since they’re just really grindy glamour pieces at this point. I’m not a completionist when it comes to achievements, really, so I’m basically doing a lot of work for a piece of glamour. Personal opinion, but I feel like it could apply to quite a few individuals that are just downright bored right now.
