Not everyone thinks it's helpful to heal people who have full hp.

It's not a choice. It's the expected playstyle in this game. >_> There is no REASON to heal more because there is no more damage to heal. That's not a choice.

Because it's a complete waste? Cure II heals for 14k. Why am I going to spam the tank to full HP when they're in no danger whatsoever?
