This is my point when I say you can't resell any part of it for any gil. You can give your house to someone.You can't sell the rights to demolish your house to a possible buyer, to take their gil, then let them buy the plot outright from the placard, while you line your pockets for a few million gil This GM doesn't make sense. He contradicts himself. You can't resell the actual house on the property. The game is not designed currently for you to do so. You first need to relinquish it, turn it back into a empty plot and then walk away to turn over ownership and not after you exploit the person into paying you to so.
