In Regard to Housing in Patch 4.1

Reported them again tonight just as they were selling a plot. Talking to a gm, managed to snag a picture (cut out to hide location/report info):

This has been my point everytime someone says its not allowed to resell. I'm gonna save this post for sure lol.
I have never argued that profit is allowed but the whole reselling of a plot is and will remain the same until they change the system in 4.2 (if that even will happen).
