No to paying rent. I game to get away from stuff like that.

One private house and one FC house per account, shared between alts and with multi-house owners being grandfathered in, I could get behind. However, it won't solve the underlying issue which is supply. It would help a little, but the fact is there still wouldn't be enough houses to go round.

On a side note, I think all those proposing punitive measures for house owners: monthly rent, decorations must be changed regularly, up to a certain standard etc. are going to be very sorry if all that stuff is implemented and they finally get a house (fortunately, I think the devs have more sense). Taking houses away from existing owners or making keeping a house an expensive chore might ease some people's resentment in the short-term but it's not going to solve anything.

Like i siad i found it odd you said "The crafted 320 gear for Disciples of War/Magic on my server has literally not sold for the past 2 months" and i was making 2-5 mil off it daily. and by the looks of your mb id be making a ton more since i gather all my mats including sands. If you had just said it wasnt selling fast or any thing i wouldn't of thought much about it but u made a point of saying it literally hasn't sold in 2 months so i wanted to see and well your server has a better market then mine forsure .

As for profitable unless your a half way crafter all the ones i know gather 90% of what they need making there profit worth the time

And the whole point was if you put in time you can make money for rent.....

How much is your DoW/DoM gear selling for? On Ultros the highest priced gear is about 250k but the average is more around 150k.

A grandfather clause (or grandfather policy) is a provision in which an old rule continues to apply to some existing situations while a new rule will apply to all future cases. Those exempt from the new rule are said to have grandfather rights or acquired rights, or to have been grandfathered in.

In this case as Merida said people would keep there homes.

well i can only speak for my server Coeurl.. Famfrit which i checked yesterday and i was just on faerie to pick up a wedding invite so i checked (400k arvge)
