    Kinda baffles me silly that even in 2017 people don't understand TOS, why they click "I agree", and how DDOSing works when its been an ongoing problem with no real solution since even the old xbox live days.

    Probably because other companies work with ISPs to try to get their customers a better online experience to smooth out the rough patches. While SE sells plushies.
