    Except I said nothing about abandons after wipes. Since you brought it up though, if a mentor does leave after only 2 wipes and it did indeed look like the group was making progress, or simply did nothing to try to help the group not wipe, then they are also no true mentor. I mean if a mentor is gonna quit so easily just because of how a pug is doing they're better off running with a static, whereas a true mentor would put in far more effort to help the pug through, provided the ones having trouble actually tried to improve.
