In Regard to Housing in Patch 4.1

The way I see in this system to defend is very slim and it shows no justification in people hogging houses and selling it for ridiculous prices. If people don't want to use that house, then just let people have who really want it.

If you want to sell it only for resale price to have it back, i'll understand. But to sell it for 200-500m on a large, then 30-50 for small and 80-150m for medium is like definitely showing the way of people being more greedier than it needs to. That's why housing system in this cannot be defended whatsoever.

Just because they don't use it doesn't mean they don't want it. And maybe they are using it, just differently than most would. There are tons of ppl using houses that people think aren't getting used. JB there isn't 10 trees and ponds in the yard doesn't mean they aren't using it. If the people " who really wanted " houses wanted them as bad as you thiunk, they'd have one.

Multiple plots required to make it effective so you can have all 4 stages going at once or it's incredibly slow going.

It's only 2 stages once you get rolling; Figs + Pineapple making Glazenuts, and Onions + (insert 50 different seeds) making your cross. The problem is reaching that point. Apricots and Royal Kuku were murdered in 3.x.

Most people that start gardening thinking it's a quick and easy buck get a rude awakening. It takes time to figure out the system, plan your crops, and the bigger your grow-op the more soil you burn through.

What? Have you not been paying attention? Thats exactly the problem. People want them but since they are finite they can't get them. Otherwise you are saying there is 100% enough houses to go around for people "who really wanted" them which isn't the case. FYI people can "really want them" without having the means to pay for them from a house flipper or checking the districts every hour, on the hour for most of the day. That's like saying if people really didn't want to have cancer they would just find a cure. These replies continue to show how far removed you are from the reality of the situation and your complete lack of ability to utilize empathy.

He already told us that he got his two houses with "hard" work by having his friends sell them to him (or give them up for him). So somehow since he could get them that way its somehow easy enough for everyone else to get it if they want it even though this is simply impossible because even if only those that want a house buy one you will still have that limit.

While I wouldn't call it sympathy for flippers, their existence beats the alternative - only people who play the 4am Tuesday login lottery having houses.

Wanting and deserving are 2 different things. Just wishing for them and wanting one given one to you doesn't entitle a player to have one. Is is that hard to accept that some of this stuff isn't going to be easily obtained? And yes I did work " hard ". I farmed gil for 4-5 hours a day for months. And yes I did buy from friends. One upgraded his small FC in Goblet, and the other transferred Servers, and I had obtained my first FC through camping auto demos.Why should everyone deserve a house? It's a luxury in this game, shouldn't it be earned? I know plenty of people on every server upgrading, and gil can be farmed by the millions quickly, so yea if you don't have a house, you'e not trying hard enough, and I stand by that, while you guys hide behind the housing problem for your woes. " Don't hate the player, hate the game." comes to mind with housing. There are tons of smalls every day being sold on every server for a few million, which isn't a flip. Most just want their money back, so yes while youre paying " double the SE fee " No one is making money. If you're constantly looking and asking around and stay in the " housing pipeline ", you can find one quickly, so yes to answer you, if it's that easy for me, it should be that easy for anyone else. I am not special in any way, shape or form in regards to how I obtained my houses.

That is completely false. The auto demos are not active, and when they are, they auto demo every hour on the hour. Not once a week.

Wow, really? You're comparing obtaining a virtual house in an MMO video game vs. one of the worst diseases in the history of the human race, if not the worst? And you think I am far removed from the situation? If you have the gil, buy a house, it IS that simple. If you don't have the gil, then you probably shouldn't be complaining about housing. But hey, what do I know, apparently this problem is as big as cancer.

Okay we get it, you like how exclusive housing is because you have one. Congrats on grinding so hard btw, nobody has ever grinded for gil as hard as you. 4-5 hours a day for months? how did you even manage!!! I still stand by what I said earlier, SE please let Abelfei be the one to distribute housing in the future.
