But there are a lot of tips that isn't on tooltips that is scattered. There is an optimal rotation for some common situation. There is job mechanics that have a optimized way to use. There is even a way to get 3K+ DPS as healer. And all of that can be resumed into... A guide.

If the party don't kick him before he can learn something, that is it. Or do you forgot that practice involves 3 or 7 other players that not always have the patience to go through a wipefest because the healer don't know how to properly heal yet?
