The frustrating part of this whole debate is that we shouldn't be having it, it shouldn't be necessary, but SE cannot or will not implement any real change to the system that would avoid it. Legit yes but feeding into a bad system isn't going to help improve the situation for a lot of people. SE knows this and is already planning something about housing.

Actually if you read what I wrote, I am NOT advocating to buy from a flipper, but an upgrader. I literally said that and that you are intentionally misrepresenting me which ultimately discredits you. Again I said : Buy from someone upgrading, not flipping. You accuse of not listening to reasoning, but can't even read correctly. Also another option is camp the listings and wait for an auto demo. When that gets back in service you should see anywhere from 1-10 houses a week pop, of course depending on server. Everyone I know who has done this has had success within weeks. It's something that you can mix in while doing all the other content in the game. I got my first FC house this way, and a friend has upgraded from smalls to mediums to larges on personal and fc house this way. There are people on the boards that have said they have released there houses for FC's, that's an option. But hey, that entails work, so just get mad at others who have houses.

When this whole kerfuffle started some folks had me pretty convinced that 1 personal house and 1 FC house per account was the way to go, to limit shell FCs and to free up as many houses as possible. It didn't take me long to realize that that was an awful idea. 1 of each per server seemed more reasonable in light of the limited resources.

However, housing is something I personally really enjoy. I'd like having houses on my alts to decorate and was slowly leveling an alt with that goal in mind, just so that I could decorate even more rooms. Knowing that in the future I won't have this opportunity disappoints me, no matter how much I rationally know this is a change that benefits the community. I just hope that a real fix does come along. Even if I have to wait till 5.0.

buying from a flipper just keeps them going. kinda like buying from a gil seller.. if no one bought from them we have no flipper issue

Try again. It appears as if I said not to buy from a flipper, but someone who is leaving a plot to upgrade. Keep trying though, seriously. Your definition of " very much appears " very much appears to be whatever you want to fabricate. If you look on Reddit amongst the flippers, there are plenty of people selling plots because they are switching/upgrading. You're convinced every transaction with a house is a flip, and it isn't. In fact, there are not nearly as many flippers as there are people just trying to get there gil back and break even as they upgrade. I would spend the gil if I were you instead of hatin'.

We are here to offer solutions to make the game better. People against the 1 house per server are because they are afraid their houses are taken away from that, that is normal. It is fear, human fear and of course UNJUST to lose all the houses if I were to put myself in your position. So could you had done the same thing and put yourself into a NEW player position who played the game non-stop every day to get the GILS but didn't get the housing because of luck?

If you read my post im not agianst any rule change. what im here for is to fight for people who got there houses by following the rules SE had given us to follow 3 years ago. to able to keep there houses. Myself and alot of people think its unfair to take away houses we own and have owned for years.. So we are asking to be grandfathered in.. Change the rule thats fine but you cant punish us for following the rule Se put into place 3 years ago .. Wither you think the rule is bad or good...we followed the in game rules personal housing was added as a "Character: system not a "Account"system so those who pay for more characters get more houses.. Anyone saying we broke or exploted that is there opinion...

This problem just got alot bigger due to SE poor free transfer system. took what was only a problem on the high n med and spread it to every server (would of been alot easyer to fix a handfull of servers then eveyr single one).. im willing to bet the percentage of people wanting the rule change is like 25% pre free transfers / 75% after free transfers/shiro houseing flop...meaning yes some didn't like the rule from day 1 but most of the people didn't care till months ago..
