Restricting houses to one per account!!!

Legit yes but feeding into a bad system isn't going to help improve the situation for a lot of people. SE knows this and is already planning something about housing.

When this whole kerfuffle started some folks had me pretty convinced that 1 personal house and 1 FC house per account was the way to go, to limit shell FCs and to free up as many houses as possible. It didn't take me long to realize that that was an awful idea. 1 of each per server seemed more reasonable in light of the limited resources.

However, housing is something I personally really enjoy. I'd like having houses on my alts to decorate and was slowly leveling an alt with that goal in mind, just so that I could decorate even more rooms. Knowing that in the future I won't have this opportunity disappoints me, no matter how much I rationally know this is a change that benefits the community. I just hope that a real fix does come along. Even if I have to wait till 5.0.

Actually if you read what I wrote, I am NOT advocating to buy from a flipper, but an upgrader. I literally said that and that you are intentionally misrepresenting me which ultimately discredits you. Again I said : Buy from someone upgrading, not flipping.

And if you read what I wrote I told you upgrading doesn't happen daily on every server as it does on yours so it very much appears that you're just telling folks to go buy from a flipper, qualifying language or not.
