    As i just stated it was intented... Square-Enix did intend for people to own multi house. Since they sell a 2nd subscirption where you can have 8 characters. But there is no way for you to connect your characters, there is no shared banking like most games there is no way for you to use your house on multi characters.. So since you can buy multi houses buy following the rules on different characters it was intended.
