Restricting houses to one per account!!!

You have to use your brain and some common sense.

Square-Enix never intended for people to own a bunch of houses. .

Im just to reply to this part .Its plain and simple to see if you use you brain (as you said) Square-Enix did intend for people to own multi house. Since they sell a 2nd subscirption where you can have 8 characters. But there is no way for you to connect your characters, there is no shared banking like most games there is no way for you to use your house on multi characters.. So since you can buy multi houses buy following the rules on different characters it was intended.

What was not thought out was the population and the amount of housing needed to cover everyone. like i said many times before my server had no housing issue before SE had taken enough money from people transfering into balmug and decided hey needed to move them to differn't servers. they then gave free transfers to low pop servers causing what was a as i see it smaller problem turn bigger they could of just added more wards to the higher / med pop servers to be spread across all servers now.
