Well I'm rooting for SE to make a change so you can share your main house with alts and make you choose which house to keep. You only need one house, and the fact you are trying to justify having 3and how you're more entitled to them speaks volumes about you as a person. People like you don't deserve even one house imo. So the more me and others state we followed the rules the game devs set in front of us and did nothing wrong makes us bad guys.
Not the devs who put in a bad system and poorlly updated it.

You all may think im greedy thats your opinion none of you know me or play with me ..the people that do know ive bought 10+ people there homes when they didn't have the gil to get one or how i just paid out of my pokcet 50mil to move our fc for our fc members, how i and my wife funished there homes with deco revamps as gifts. or the in game give away i do randomly in limsa. As ive stated we broke no rules.

yes cause my number 1 complaint about the free transfers is they took a problem that was only high n med pop servers which would of been easier to fix by only adding wards to the servers that need it, to spreading the problem like wildfire to all servers

Yes it really was stupid for SE to try to distribute the player population more evenly across the servers. Having the imbalance of both empty and overly congested servers is definitely much better. /eyeroll

You do realise there are other reasons why people transferred, right? Not everyone wants a house. Some players just want to not have massive queues, some players eventually got sick of the other issues from being on crowded server and some players just wanted to start fresh. Have these also rained on your parade? Or are they okay because they don't want a piece of your excess housing?

And honestly your number one complaint isn't that the housing issue spread to your server, it's that your abuse of housing became highlighted. You keep saying how everything was fine until other players came along. You act like they came to your territory.

you show me 1 rule from SE that says i'm abusing any thing please i beg you. til then its your opinion..you don't seem to get following the rules as SE has made them dosn't make anyone a exploiter or abuser...it makes us rule followers. wither you like it or not..

Actually, there are no rule that says such thing.

However, you should read the penultimate post of this thread, written by Valenth (and please everyone, do not post on this thread. It's pretty old now):

Pay attention to this quote of Yoshida:

Our fundamental stance toward housing prices was that we wanted to ensure that plots would be evenly distributed, avoiding a situation in which the wealthiest players could easily buy up all available plots of land. Please understand that while we will be adding servers and expanding housing areas as soon as we can, it is simply physically impossible for us to accomplish this easily, in a matter of one or two weeks.

If the initial price of land was easily within the means of wealthy players, one can envision all available plots of land being snatched up immediately, leaving other players—even those possessing the necessary gil—unable to purchase land for an extended period of time. Seeking to avoid this, we made the difficult decision to go forward with the pricing scheme we presented, aware that many players would be unable to afford housing for a while.

I think it's clear that Yoshida doesn't want to see multiple houses in the hands of 1 single rich player. So yes, there are no rules to stop you, but still, you are not using the system as intended.
The housing system is suffering of a bad game design, and by possessing 3 houses, you are exploiting it.

That's why this system need a complete rework, or at least a retroactive rules update that prevent anyone to buy more than 2 houses: one for you and one for your FC.
The best solution would be instanced housing with unlimited supply in my opinion, but that decision belongs to SE.
