Restrict Personal Houses to 1 Per Server!

What players do with their own house is their own business as long as it's not against the terms of use. A player decorating or not decorating their house is a poor argument to allow them keep it or to take it away. The problem has to do with the amount of houses available to the player population, not the quality of decoration.

The game is designed so that you can do everything on one character and SE do nothing to encourage playing alts save for allowing them to be made. You can't even mail your alts. Alts being able to buy plots is definitely an oversight...unfortunately the housing system is riddled with them, so here we are. If you own more than one personal house and one fc house on a single server, you're part of the problem. Whether you decorated them lovingly or not.

What players do with their own house is their own business, you're right. It's not against the ToS, but then again, neither is owning a house on my alt. A player not putting in the time or effort to actually use the house they purchased is no less a poor argument to allow them to keep it than saying that I don't deserve to keep both of my houses because 'there isn't enough to go around'. The problem IS that there aren't enough to go around, but its not MY problem.

The game is designed so that if you put in the time and effort to level an alt, camp the wards and eventually get a little bit lucky you can maybe find a home for your alt. My alt had a house a long time before my main did, and it's not fair to me, or anyone else who managed to get lucky enough to find a plot for their alt, that we should be forced to give up our homes to other players who likely won't even make use of them. If you want a house, do the same thing I did. Camp the wards while you are logged in. Every hour on the hour. For months. For however long it takes.

Taking away other peoples houses just because 'it isn't fair to people who don't have a house!', thats crap. And it even if SE did do this, there STILL wouldn't be enough houses for everyone. All this is going to do is piss off people who put in a lot of effort to get their homes.
