This is a problem from SE ends, party leaders should be available to set a number of clears before joining his party. Is a commonwith people that kill the boss one time an join farm parties.

I see it now - must've cleared 5 times before joining a clear party. And what if I'm an alt who had the thing on farm on my main? Do I have to suffer through clear parties and fail for days on end?

Or he can make is own practice party? Asking for help in his FC? Having initiative is the best way to ensure you do everything you want.

Which I'm sure plenty have done before. However its a two way street, all the initiative in the world won't help those players if no one are willing to help them. For said above reasons. Players want things over fast and get mad if things don't go their way. Maybe that's another reason why run sales thrive, for the players that asked for help but that initiative fell on deaf ears.
